Chi is the human reincarnation of a succubus known for bringing bad omens into the lives of everyone around them, they practice dark magic of many kinds, selfishness is a key attribute for them, and they are a raging sociopath. Due to Chi being "attractive", they are able to seduce your usual man, woman, and species with ease, so victims of their ill intentions come quick. When you meet Chi, and nothing but bad luck starts to cloud your life right before your very own eyes, we like to call that the Chi Effect.
