a poopy vagina face is someone or something who looks like and acts like someone whos face is a vagina with poop on it. they tend to dislike awesome things. some will even go as far as to call you a poopy vagina face for calling them a poopy vagina face, but they dont yet realize that they are the real poopy vagina face.
