ships without meaning

Typically when fandoms ship characters for no reason other then that they can.

Also a good song by Oneohtrix Point Never

Did you hear about the ship between the main character and that one side character?

Yeah, but I don’t really care. It’s just more ships without meaning.

shipping-shock

The opposite of "sticker-shock" --- it's what you feel when you are all ready to happily send in an online order to a company that offers its merchandise insanely cheaply, only to then nearly have your eyebrows fly off when you see the astronomically-outrageous postage and handling fee that they wanna charge you to ship said order... THAT'S how they are making their profits!

U.S. Plastics may indeed have fantastically low prices on many of its products, but it's the shipping-shock that'll kill ya.

Rickety Ship

(n) Rickety ship is weed that has been vaporized in a vape, but is still smokeable through other means, such as a bong or a pipe.

"Yo dude, you got any fresh green bud to smoke?"

"Nah man, I've got some rickety ship left over from last night's vape session."

Bent The Ship

An extremely well-attended and boisterous party, gathering, or rave.

Man, that party was so off the hook, it bent the ship!

secondhand ship

When you ship something from a fandom that you're not in because your friend ships it

Casey: Shion and Nezumi are canon!

Julia: Er...they sound cute enough so I guess I can secondhand ship it.

roll of the ship

when a former member of the navy blames walking past a man and grabbing at the mans genitals on the fact he lost his sense of balance whilst in the navy, not the fact he is actually a closet homosexual.

"sorry mate, roll of the ship!" he said
