Best Abs means you send out the guy or gal who can get the "situation" taken care of quickly and effectively.
The person with the Best Abs is the go-to person, sometimes on the front line, sometimes a wingman.

The best pokemon is Mudkip and you know it.
The reason Mudkip is the best pokemon is that it is the best starter it's so cute it evolves into the most broken type double, it can learn probably the most diverse moves out of all starters, and it always smiles.
