A manly hug between to bros.
A bro hug is executed my first initiating a mid-five/handshake, in which the bros then pull into eachother from hand contact. Then, each bro swings one arm around the back of the other bro, and gives 1-3 open palmed slaps on the opposing bro's shoulder, all while the mid-five/handshake is still interlocked, effectively sandwiching the arms between the bros.
It's hard to mess up a bro hug, but it is often done in one of two ways:
1) Not being rigid or forceful enough.
2) Using both arms to hug (that's gay, bro).
3) Holding it too long (timing is everything, bro).
The Bro Hug must be seen, not heard or read.

A lifted truck that an angry, easily irritated white guy with little man's disease drives. Usually has exhaust stacks and monster stickers on it. Drivers of these vehicles drive overly aggressive because they need to be noticed by everybody on the road who could care less about their personal anger issues. Their truck is also always too clean to have been used for any of its truck functions.
That tool in his bro truck just got pulled over for passing 5 cars at once and making oncoming traffic stop to avoid a head on collision.

Bro-foods are foods that are primarily eaten by bodybuilders, figure competitors and people who participate in strength training.
Food eaten primarily by members of the fitness community.
They generally consist of high protein, high fiber, fats and carbs. These foods are mostly healthy foods that help the fitness person lose weight, gain muscle mass or both. Many bro-foods tend to be much more nutrient dense than general grocery food.
They're called bro-foods because the fitness guys who tend to eat like this are called bros. The nickname or slang term for muscular guys who participate and or spend much of their lives in the fitness community.
Bro-Foods generally consist of food like Oatmeal, chicken breast, whey protein, nuts, 90% lean beef, coconut oil, Broccoli, olive oil, many types of fish, brown rice, peanut butter, bananas, wheat bread, eggs, cauliflower, cottage cheese, yogurt, leafy greens, sea slat etc.
Note : Bro-Foods do NOT always have to be strictly healthy. It can allow for cheat food, junk food or fast food from time to time. But still generally is less processed food that has high protein, higher fiber, adequate amount of fats, nutrients and carbs. These main components can and do fluctuate depending on what the fitness person is trying to achieve.
A good idea of what counts as bro food. Go to major bodybuilding sites or to youtube and type in bro food into the search bar. And you'll get a good idea of what counts as bro-food.

Dude1 : "Definitely, They must have been getting serious about managing their bro-foods."

A specific type of Harley-Davidson owner. Rides a bike of the Dyna family that is modified in a specific club style. High t-bars, raised suspension, and a fairing are common. Most likely will be wearing dickies shorts, long songs, vans, and a Simpson Racing helmet.

Chick who is basically like one of the dudes, similar to tomboy status, but less manly. One who hangs out and does dude-ly things, but knows her limits. Not to be confused with Bro-ho, a bro-chick is a girl who will sit back, drink beer, play videogames and football with you, and still spend 5 fucking hours doing her hair and makeup.
