Going HH is a term that refers to starting a task, stopping mid-way through the task, spacing out, and then remembering to finish said task minutes, hours, or even days later.
I started a work order and ended up Going HH, it was a couple days later before I finished.
A general term used when unfortunate circumstances arise.
