Serves as a multiplier of sorts for the adjective "Sketch." Can be used to describe any person or situation that is unpleasantly odd or out of place. Often used specifically to denote a person who may seem untrustworthy, paranoid, or generally displeasing.
"Sitting in a parking lot with your lights off at 2 a.m. is way sketch ball."
"That dealer is a sketch ball to the max."

a term created by me that is generally used as a term of endearment, as well as when referencing someone's testes (ones you might find particularly cute). The term can also be used when referencing anything particularly good.

A parlour game centring upon a man who has located an ambiguous part of his genitals in his grip, and then prompts the many spectators encircling him to decide whether the flesh in question hails from his scrotum or his penis. Bets are arranged and money thrown onto the ground before finally the genitals are revealed to be either 'ball' or 'peen'. The game resets and during the anxious wait for a new presentation of genitals, the chant "BALL OR PEEN" is sounded by the spectators.
