The highest rating achievable for sphincter puckering during a high stress situation. The puckering may be so tight as to cause sphincter fluttering. Anything above Zulu is the complete loss of sphincter control. A Pucker Factor Zulu (PFZ) situation is commonly found in Near Death Experiences (NDE), although a NDE is not required.
