2) A person who never has their hands less than one or two feet from their person so they can handle it at any time.
3) A person who's cell-phone appears to be as important to them as their genitals.

A crappy cordless phone used in the hospital setting given to staff to communicate with each other and other departments. It is very expensive, loses signal frequently, has an extremely short battery life, drops calls and is always static-y. You can never understand a full conservation when on an Ascom phone.

Somebody called me while I was drunk on the toilet after taking a shit. Needless to say, I fumbled it and it's now a poop phone.

a word on this website in which every 40-70 year old complains about because their son or daughter wants one and they just think that things like a cell phone, ipod, car, are all a waste of time just because they didnt have them in their teenage years.

Phone Stalking is the continious non-stop, relentless phone calling to the same phone number determined to get the other person to pick up.
Man.... last night, her phone stalking me for over an hour really got to me, but I didn't want to talk to her and didn't answer her call.
