To describe a thing, event or person that is so over the top or eccentric that it also makes it brilliant and amazing.
Inspired by Gucci's "Soul Scene" and "Cruise" campaigns, where models wore head to toe Gucci of all mismatching patterns and colours. And the accessories that are so ridiculous that I must have them all!
Over the top. Extravagant. Positive. 100% Subjective.
