They are people who take children to restaurants, and feed them cereal or other food from home. They are oblivious to the huge mess they are leaving for the waiter and bus boy to clean up. It is cute, somehow.
Our meal was ruined by the cheerio people and their 17 toddlers messing, screaming and slinging cereal.
Meaning a group of people who bring you comfort. Just by being around these people bring you happiness and relieve your stressed.

Those that are in love with their horses and prefer interaction and intimacy with their horses than with actual people. Also are snooty and inevitably annoy all those around them
They also tend to wear 'riding boots' to let others know of their love for their horses
"Oh did you see the Horse person's status about HORSES on Facebook? Not very surprising..."
