an adult who acts immaturely and well, childishly. man children have lots of overlap beetween neck beards. typically they live with their parents and are unemployed, but there are exceptions. (though most who are employed are probably flipping burgers) they often have horrible social skills as well. man children often are obsessed with some kid's cartoon or pop culture stuff. they fill their rooms with toys, action figures and more. overall, man children are leeches to society. just like actual kids. even kidnapping them is harder to do than with children. you have a tub of lard to deal with after all. thus you need to upgrade to adult sleeping to get the job done.
mother: my god! clean your room! you have no job. you could at least clean your room!
man child: no! i gotta watch the new teen titans go episode!!!
mother: you are such a man child, son!
Man child boi is similar to the common phrase man child but is more insulting to the person receiving it because of the "boi" at the end
Stop being a man child boi and get out of the dishwasher
It's a baby that looks like an old man. Or an adolescent male who attempts to act like he is grown but in turn appears even younger than he is.

A child-man behaves, acts, and thinks like a man, but is a child at heart. They are having fun and enjoying life to the fullest, all with the mindset of growth, experience, and everything it means to be a man (up to you!)
They can be of any age ranging from 10-100.
All they have to do is do what they do well and have fun doing it!
A child-man never seeks to hurt, harm, or make others worry or feel less significant than they are.

Someone that is grown on the surface, and a child under the skin.
The reverse man child found the courage to steal on that dude that he/she never had as a kid, though he had had his eye blacked before, and didn't know what what was particularly impressive about it.
A guy that is a knight in shining armor and a real grown man on the surface, and a retard in tin foil beneath the surface.
That guy always looks and sounds so serious like he's always being tested or recorded, he must be a reverse man child that doesn't want to fail his imaginary tests.
