A Declan - a supporters of British football club Celtic FC, who claim to be Irish based on the fact that their grandmother once bought a Riverdance CD.
Also known as a "Plastic Paddy" they are to be found in small numbers in the bheast end of Glasgow, singing songs in support of the child murdering Irish Republican Army ( now deceased )
Most Declan's can also be found on social media sites, especially Twitter, where they speak of an unknown and certainly not recognised by any football authority, club called Sevco. Hence the reason most Declan's are also known as Sevcopaths.
Declan's only breed with Bernadettes who are generally related to their immediate family, for example a sister, niece, cousin, aunty or mother.

A very un-athletic but very un- creative, autistic person, often a retarded guy. They are very unlikeable and have he worst sense of humour, all his friends are retarded of him because he gets all the ugly, deformed chicks, when he flirts they avoid him, those deformed chicks give him offensive nick names. Declan is an all round asshole, but don't mess with him... just... just don't, he's really developmentally disabled

declan is an absolute g, he's nice to everyone except from when you get on the wrong side of him, if you get on the wrong side of him then you'll probably never see daylight again. he's the biggest sesh head, but knows how to keep all his friends safe at the same time. he's fun to be around and has sick music taste. if you have a declan in your life then keep him around, he's fucking awesome and he's fucking sick and rolling spliffs :)
