Devo is a person who is very caring, loyal, funny, bold, memey and great friend to have around, he/she will never give up on helping a friend out for them to reach their goal, there aren't many devos out there but if you are friends/lovers with them, never let them go because you might never find them again, Devos are very trustworthy people.
