North highlands is a bad place it has a lot of crime, shootings, car jacking, home invaders etc you wouldn’t want your kids to grow up in this area. These kids will most likely grow up being influenced by all these gang bangers and when you walk on the streets you have to watch out for anyone behind you or if anything sketchy is going on there’s been lots of times where people wanted to jump me or rob me just don’t go to north highlands cuh
