Essentially, it is when you shoot your shot with someone. Just like in networking where you "Ping" to test the reach ability of a host on an Internet Protocol network where packets are not lost, a successful ping results in getting that girl with a fat ass you've been salivating over at the gym or that hot stud across the room you've been looking at since the quarter started.
Person 1: Damn, that honey's got a phat ass.
Person 2: Bro, why don't you ping her?
Pingeing is the practice of specifically pinging Nectarbob.
"I'm gonna go pinge Nectarbob."
"Nectarbob hates being pinged."
"Pingeing is the practice of specifically pinging Nectarbob."
"They're such a pinger."
Pong!
A game played to determine the next in line for the spliff.
Stoner 1 - Man I'm wasted...Ping.
Stoner 2 - Huh?
Stoner 3 - Yo check this out...oh!
Stoner 4 - Oh shit, PONG!
Stoner 2 - PONG! Ohh crap...
Stoner 4 - Safe, pass that J.

A crude onomatopoeia used to indicate that one has an erection. Derived from comics wherein erection is associated with the text "Ping!".
More broadly, the term is used as an exclamation upon the sighting of a very attractive female, implying that the sighting has the potential to induce instant erection, or has already done so.
Sometimes used in online chat to substitute explanation in any of the cases above. I.e. the chatter will use "ping!" as a substitute for "I have an erection", or, "I agree, seeing Jessica Alba in a bikini makes me hard."
1: "I was sitting in class the other day and I saw up Lizzies skirt, and all of a sudden, PING!".
2: Tom - "Get a load of that girl in the bikini over there!"
George - "Ping!"

To ping someone is to notice them. It is used by intelligence operatives on a surveillance detail, usually when the target of the operation has become aware that they are being watched, which is carefully guarded against and undesirable as it prompts the target to practice counter-surveillance drills, making them difficult to follow and usually more dangerous because they are likely to alert their colleagues that they are 'blown' (exposed) and likely to bring terrorist-type activities forward in time and even to change their specific plans so as to avoid failing in their overall mission. It derives from the characteristic sound made by a submarines sonar equipment.
"I think he's pinged us, we'd better move in and grab him now!"
