This is a phrase used to start off your day. Similar to "good morning" but without the negative connotations. Words are vibrations that carry meaning, and "morning" sounds too similar to "mourning" while "mourning" has a negative connotation; rising instead has a positive one. You are rising from bed, the sun is rising in the sky. There is no sadness/mourning involved, we are instead grateful for another day.

When you wake up the morning after a regrettable drunken sexual encounter. Usually accompanied by a brutal hangover, a dirty, guilty feeling, and a quick exit from the vicinity.
Adam woke up at 7am, the woman he hooked up with the night before still passed out beside him, though significantly less attractive in the early morning light. He smelled like cigarettes, sweat, and Axe bodyspray, and his mouth tasted like Jagermeister and stale beer. He quickly dressed and scurried out of the woman's apartment, trying his best not to wake her and thus avoiding the need to have the awkward "When are we gonna go out again?" conversation. Adam had indeed executed the perfect Rise and Shame.

A sexual position where the woman is on her back and the man is vertical. The man is lifting her by the legs to raise her vagina to his penis. The term "Rising Moon" is appropriate because the woman's ass (the moon) is being lifted (the rising) off the surface she lies on.
"I want to be on my back" she said.
"I want to stay standing" I said.

A building that is 10 or more stories (floors), and are usually located in the downtown areas of big cities, major metropolises, and large towns. They come in various architectural designs, but the most common ones are those of the "modern" style that have been built from the 1970s through the 1990s.
High-Rise buildings are usually constructed with steel and steel beams, glass, and concrete. The very first high-rise was built in Chicago in 1885, being around 15 stories. High-Rises that are usually 20 or more floors in heighth are also known as "skyscrapers".
The World's Tallest High-rise building is the Taipei 101 in Taipei, Taiwan. It was just recently completed in 2004 and has now passed the skyscraper that was the long-time holder of the title of the World's Tallest Building: The Sears Tower in Chicago.
