No romo tho- is an expression to tell the person you are talking with, that you don't mean whatever you said in a romantic way. You may have said something like a pickup line, or something in general in a flirtatious way but wanted to clarify what your intentions were.

A QB for The Dallas Cowboys, I like him but he's a love or hate him QB, people who dislike him really hate him, he gets to the playoffs a lot yet is still considered terrible by many. Many of his haters call him Tony "homo" a nickname that sounds like a 4th grader made up and makes you sound really immature.
