Someone in a Government department or health department, or any other position of supposed "authority" that just repeats the official line on things. Often their employment contract will state that they can only express views in line with the corporate policy. Just like members of health departments who have to state that drinking fluoride is good for you.
This term is originally attributed to Australian politician Tony Abbott who said (abridged)
"Nobody, however well educated, is the suppository of all wisdom"
Maybe he meant to use the word "repository", but we will never know for sure.
Example:
(Person 1) Felicity Dumble from the New Zealand health department says that drinking fluoride in the water is good for your teeth, and it doesn't contribute to cancer, arthritis, or any other problem over the long term.
(Person 2) Yeah, sounds like she's a suppository of wisdom.

Step 1. Open the door to the bathroom
Step 2. Take a roll of toilet paper and and place some toilet paper into the bowl.

Some crap about "consciousness", "the universe", reality is just an "illusion", and all that other New Age spiritual crap. It is usually practised by people that don't have the intellectual capacity to understand true wisdom found through the study and challenge of Philosophical concepts and ideas. It is basically a blind and dumbed-down belief in more complex and thought out ideologies, but without putting in the work to actually obtain any significant kind of knowledge directly beneficial to the individual or society itself. It is also often used to exploit these stupid people for profitable purposes.

In the 18th century parents didnt have money to get teeth pulled for their children so they came up with a fable, that if you keep your teeth in and fight through the pain you would come out wiser.
