Yellow Reg

A variation of the "Yellow Car Game". A car registration game played in the Republic of Ireland with the yellow Northern Ireland/UK car registrations, where anyone who sees a yellow number plate will punch the closest person to them and say "Yellow Reg!"

Alteration of the word "rig," in reference to a car or other type of automobile.

Used primarily in the South.

Sometimes confused by uneducated, rude, and widely-disliked people to mean "on the regular"; this definition is archaic, however.
