A native of Loompaland who migrated to the south part of Asia, usually tending towards attributes of small size, an orange complexion, and green hair; Also known as oompa loompas; They have a facial structure like the Neanderthals which are a now-extinct species or subspecies within the genus Homo and closely related to modern humans.
