Especially in the city of Chicago, but also to the possibly ten other people who have heard of the school and don't live in California, UC refers to the University of Chicago. UC is the very elite but seldom known school located on the South Side of Chicago, despite it continually being deemed one of the world's best institutions for higher learning. It may also be called U of C, in vain attempts to distinguish the school from the University of Illinois at Chicago, commonly called UIC.
UC is also surprisingly seldom confused with the University of California, outside of California of course, most likely because no self-respecting Chicagoan, or person for that matter, would willingly move to California.
Person 1: What school do you go to?
Person 2: UC
Person 1: So do you commute to the circle everyday then?
Person 2: No, I live in Hyde Park.
Person 1: Do you take the Drive then?
Person 2: Never mind.

UC Swillers, also known as the Utah County Swillers, are the most bad ass , kickass, drunk ass hillbilly trucker punk band in the world. They hang their sweaty hats in Utah, but are well known nation wide for their swillin' smart ass tunes, polygamist parties, and their witty charm and good looks. God Bless the USA !

The ass crack of the UC system. Developed with great intentions, finished with sadness. Typical students include the not-so-smart-Asian kids, Central Valley underachievers, coastline idiots, and compulsive procrastinators. Due to its location in ? Like actually though, where the fuck is Merced. Exactly, you don’t even know. Go look it up, I’ll wait. Yeah we have giant crosses that say “Jesus Saves” next door. Despite all this, UC Merced still parties hard due to the lack of literally anything else to do and high convenience store workers that don’t ID anyone. Come here if you sucked at high school, want to party, and think you might transfer but will end up staying bc your rent is $400 a month for a big ass house.
You know that Johnny kid whose parents are doctors? I heard his parents disowned him because he only got into UC Merced. Good thing I’m going to the highly accredited university- Chico State!

UC is an abbreviation for Universal Century; a fictional timeline used by Mobile Suit Gundam and it's sequels, one of many series in a long running Japanese anime franchise.
UC fanboy refers to a fanboy who believes that the original series and its subsequent sequels are the best of any series' in the franchise.
In Internet discussion boards, UC fanboys often regarding viewers who prefer non UC Gundam series' in a condescending manner, usually remarking that they have no taste or have no idea that the newer series' are all cheap knockoffs of the originals. Consequently, the biggest pet-peeve of a UC fanboy is someone who has never seen any of the UC series creating a topic about how they enjoyed the non-UC series in question
fun fact: someone claiming that Gundam SEED Destiny is the best series in a UC topic is often considered a troll.

The newest of the UC's and the easiest to get into. Because of the largest club on campus is a Christian club, and the majority of students falling into the order of Asian, Mexican/Hispanic, University of Christian Minorities has become the new place to go.
