The obnoxious zit-thing in your ear that hurts, and constantly scabs. Sometimes known to create a sort of blister, and burst under pressure. These also exist just inside the nostril, but these ones don't pick as easily, and tend to hurt more.

When you find yourself looking at what appears to be a third nipple but when you touch it pus comes out and you calm down with the relief of knowing your not a freek.
Dude you look really tired.
I know I was up all night with my nipple zit. I was poking it for hours. When I found out it was just a zit, I fapped the rest of the night to celebrate.

The pus,cellular debris and cyst custard you find splattered all over a teenager's bathroom mirror from popping pimples.
Our son's bathroom mirror is discusting.There is so much zit shrapnel,it no longer reflects light.
