Hood Rat : a person who lives in the ghetto or public housing with no intent to make it out of there. A hoodrat is usually unemployed and won't seek employment because they instead chose to live off of government assistance, child support payments, and food stamps. They often have unplanned children with one or multiple "baby daddies", some of which end up in jail or simply run because of their mistake. Food stamps are often spent on Flammin' Hot Cheetos. Any money that they do have gets spent on Ciroc. Usually will find hood rats wearing PJs and Jordan’s and public with blonde or red rays nest.

Hood Rats is known as a small group where people can join by doing small interviews with the two leaders. It’s a group where people can talk about there feelings and rats of course 🐀

This is an ancient word, which comes from Egyptian times, it derived from when hoods were placed over the faces of the dead leaders before they were mummified, however, sometimes, while waiting for embalmment, rats would get into the room and start eating the deceased one. These were the "Hood rats". This word was left undiscovered till the early 21st century when some one from the British Museum found the word on the Rosetta stone and decoded it. He then found that the word fitted in with Chav so he used it in common speech.

an overgrown rodent with the ability to swim usually found under pool bulkheads in the hood. When angry a hood rat tends to revert to the training given to it by the tyra banks show or oprah. Have also been been confused with a nukka face
