a local is a person who uses auto capitalization, emojis, have sad cartoon profile pictures or repost those text edits and simpson edits. they also go on snapchat saying 11:11 and tag their friends. they also send streaks saying “Streaks don’t hmu 😔💯. Only the real ones know 🔥” did i also forget to mention that if you use any of these emojis, 😭😔💯🔥😍💔😂, that makes you a local? generally, if you use any emoji, it doesn’t even matter which ones, you are a local. if you have any of these traits or know anyone who has these traits of a local, then they are a local.
