Someone who begs/asks for money utilizing a fake story like becoming sick and needing money for theirs or even a loved ones medical condition/operation as a way of profiting for their own personal gain.

That man made $150K from people who donated to him through his GoFundMe that said he was sick and needed cancer treatments, and come to find out he never even had cancer! Just another example of a Digital Panhandler.
