Penn state is basically a collection of fuck-ups. Every convicted felon and rapist putting in for college consider this university among their top 3. Penn state acts like a seive so as to not allow any fuck-ups into other, wholesome universities.
Students often brag of legendary coaches and awesome football programs but are constantly let down. Only one question matters: How many National titles has Penn State won? The answer is of course; zero.

An interjection (related to the location North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA). Used to describe something that isn't done because it would make too much sense if it were to occur. A synonym would be "That would make too much sense." This slang was born from the plethora of problems presented at the high school, as referenced in the definition for North Penn High School.
