if something ironic/funny or just generally bad happens to someone. 'gutted much' is basically just a different way of saying bad luck / unlucky.

1) eric: 'dude i just got an F in my physics exam'

dave: naturally lance, naturally.
*dave falls over*
lance and the group of hot girls all laugh at him.

"Much, you?" is a term used in place of the response, "Not much, how about you?"
Only real beauties are able to properly use this term and should not be used unless 100% necessary.
This is a term that should be used after someone asked "Yat?"

Rhetorical question / Emphatic statement.

1. Question posed to someone who is acting like a total cunt.
2. Statement made to someone acting like a total cunt.

Much Love

An acceptable, some might say endearing, valediction (farewell) used as a sign of affection between male friends (bros) without insecurities about their, or your, sexuality.

As other definitions have pointed out: women may also employ this phrase, however this is not something to scorn them for; many of us suffer from ignorance of alien-cultures.

American: It was good talking to you again broseph, much love.

British: Toodle-pip old chum; it's been marvelous, much love to you.

Woman: Ha, ha, that is so funny, much love Jimmy; must dash.

This is the way you write "much obliged" when you've done way too much television/movie watching and too little reading, i.e. you're functionally illiterate.

1) Lookit me, I'm a cowboy-wannabe! But when I said "much abliged", all they did was laugh at me.

2) Even those dumbasses in "City Slickers" knew it was't "much abliged"; Curly would have stomped them for sure.
