the light caused by low lighting, be it from sun setting or rising or artificail light. this light charges charge Hydrogen Ions and sink to the earth where beings breathe them in and cuase the reaction know as Q.H.
when my baby turned the lights to a dim i began to feel light headed and very much awake, i knew then i had been struck with Q.H. the Q-Rays had done there work well.
