The term comes from slopping pigs, in which pigs are fed vegetable scraps and food waste, stuff that's unfit for human consumption.
"Dirty pig" is considered to be disrespectful and contemptuous and so is not used openly, but the term has been in use for years.

This is a female that is Extremely stuck up and walks with her nose so far in the air that her nostrils actually point foward making it look like she has a pig nose. This term can be applied in a proper form, as a nick name for one person, or, generically, to refer to stuckup bitchs.

A husband/boyfriend that treats their wife/girlfriend like a slave instead of their significant other.
Husband comes home and sits groceries on kitchen counter, then goes to do something else. Husband comes back into the kitchen and asks wife "have you been in the kitchen (mean look on face)" wife "no. Why?" He doesn't say, so wife gets up and goes into kitchen...just to see that he asked because the groceries weren't put up. Wife thinks to self "you could've put those up yourself, you man pig!"
