A certain haircut popularized in the early 2010s consisting in a layer of short blonde and light brown hair brushed over underlying dark brown hair. Someone whos is always pissed off at everyone. The smallest little things will upset a Mad Cap. A Mad Cap rarely lashes out since, anger is not bottled up it is just a constant flow of hostility.
