OOF is a word to describe someone who is very annoying and is a bum head.
Used as a way of not knowing what to say/not caring, and is quite childish now.
Person 1: *Rant paragraph about something that made them upset*
Person 2: “Oof”

Used to express emotion/feelings when you don’t know what else to say. Can also be used to replace “yikes” “OMG” and more.
