clinical depression

The same exact thing as depression, but usually more severe. Fluffed up with the world 'clinical' to make the problem seem medical.

depressed person: im miserable

psychiatrist: oh no no no you have clinical depression

depressed person: fuck you who cares about your technicalities

psychiatrist: theres a totally different brain structure

depressed person: no there isnt you just made that up

psychiatrist: um...i dunno

inbox depression

n. A dysphoric state of mind that occurs after one looks into one's email inbox with great anticipation of something, only to feel rejected that nobody has sent the individual a particular email.

I had a major case of inbox depression going on for months as I waited for med school admission notifications to come in.

Shrek depression

Shrek depression is where you love watching Shrek so much and then it ends. It causes you to be very depressed and put into a shrekdiculous state. Also it mainly begins when in Shrek 4, you believe Shrek to die. Some may be cured by the following:
•eating an onion
•doing the roar
•watching the Shrek Christmas special

Some may not ever be cured and will be put into a Shrek depression forever.

Recently I watched Shrek and when he nearly died in Shrek 4, I got a bad case of Shrek depression.

Clinical Depression

A more severe branch of depression. It's also referred to as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), or if even more severe and longer lasting, Chronic Major Depressive Disorder (C-MDD/CMDD)

Depression hair

Matted unwashed and unbrushed hair because washing and brushing your hair is hard and not a lot of people have the motivation for it.

"Wow your hair is so matted is everything okay?"

"Yeah I just got a case of depression hair"

When a person gets sad and listens to Panic! at the Disco while slitting his wrist in the bathtub for 3 hours. But looks at cute animals afterwards to cheer himself up.
