Logic Day

A holiday celebrated annually on October 5th (Neil DeGrasse Tyson's birthday) that celebrates science, nature, and logic. You eat bacon (although it isn't required), enjoy science and nature, and give gifts related to those things. Let's all do it! Spread the word! # logicday

Every year my family celebrates Logic Day by visiting our local museum.

Quaverian Logic

When a rubbish idea is full of as much puffed up air as a Quavers crisp packet in order to make it seem better.

"Everyone, hear my out. I have an amazing idea. I'm going to build a ladder made from empty loo rolls to climb to the moon .Why loo rolls? They're light weight and compostable. But we need to work together as a team to make this work! It's through all of your efforts that we can make this happen! Are you with me?!"

"Climbing a loo roll ladder to the moon? What a load of Quaverian logic."

2035 logic

Typical racist: Oh, that boy wasn’t molested by his female teacher, it’s “lucky boybehavior.

Common-sense person: he was molested, and your excusing it? 2035 logic.

Logic Frogging

Verb. Hopping from one point to another with no real valid logical argument, thus causing them circular logic.

Frank was logic frogging all over the place in that debate. One minute he was discussing health care, the next he talked about sharks and their lack of health issues.
