A stop dot is the dot that goes at the end of a sentence that is considered a statement or command.

Origin - Social Media jargon in association to messenger apps, including but not limited to, Facebook.
1.) Verb - The conscious act of starting to type then stopping to induce a reaction (typically negative & emotional) from the receiving party;
