A short phrase that's used by many annoying people. Silly is used in a cute way, and "Car" is supposed to be spelt cat but they spell it as cat purposely. God, I hate people who say "Silly Car". It's mainly said in the comment sections of cats that are cute on Tiktok.

Has little to do with actually being silly like suicide girls had little to do with suicide.
