Toonerville bus

One of two types of buses: 1) a bus that is intended to look like an old-fashioned trolley; 2) a bus that looks more like a typical bus, but has a short distance between the front wheels and the back wheels. After Toonerville Trolley, a trolley comic strip that was popular in the early 20th century.

Me: Did you take the Toonerville bus from your hotel to Disneyland yesterday?
She: Yeah. Hard seats, though.

Look! It's the county transportation system's Toonerville bus!

Muss bus

The 3.30am night bus from Edinburgh to the Queen Margaret University campus in Musselburgh, usually packed with rowdy, drunken students.
Classics such as "Wonderwall" and "Mr Brightside" can be heard drunkenly belted out on the bus after a heavy night at Hive or Subway Cowgate.

" yiu getting an uber to afters at John's flat"

"Nah, I'm skint so I'll probably just get the muss bus, plus it's always bouncing at this time"

Kiss a Bus

The term is most commonly used when politely telling someone to…. Drop dead.

“You’re disgusting if you are part of or support the lgbtq community!”
“Okay Sister Cindy. I sincerely hope you kiss a bus.”

learned on the bus

When someone uses phrase "learned on the bus", he actually reffers to hours of learning home masked as a casual low interest in following exam.

"Hey man, how did you prepare for todays exam?" "I only learned on the bus, I'm totally gonna screw it up."
