The period of time after a set time at which it is no longer socially acceptable to call someone. Usually around 9-10 o'clock. Only to be violated in periods of extreme urgency. Originally coined by Larry David on, "Curb Your Enthusiasm"

Used to acknowledge a difficult yet comical situation and express sympathy to the person or people affected.
A: Fuck man! Can you believe this shit?! My girl just dropped me for my younger brother!

Taking a capsule of MDMA (Molly); preferably with .2 - .4, wrapping it in a good wad of pre-chewed gum, then swallowing it. It will then kick in at a random point in time within the next week.

9.50am/pm is known as Cowboy Time, because if you say 'ten to ten' repeatedly, it sounds like a galloping horse - 'ten to ten to ten to ten to ten to ten to ten' etc.
