A term for masturbating/ejaculating. The term comes from the fact that the average speed of ejaculation is 29 MPH, while a school zone has a speed limit of only 20 MPH. Thus, your ejaculate would get ticketed for speeding in a school zone.

The shit one takes while at school, so one does not have to walk in awkwardly after a 10 minute bathroom break. Usually includes grunts, splashes, and frantic pulling of the toilet paper off the roll.
