The term "Universally beautiful" can be an offensive term. But the true meaning is someone who appeals to everyone. More so the European look " Blonde hair; blue eyes; in shape" That goes for men or women. The person has to be able to appeal to anyone.
Example 1:"Hedi Klum is universally beautiful!"
Example 2: Hitler believed that only blondes with blue eyes had self worth; they're universally beautiful

The most elite University you will ever hear of. In order to get into Perf University you must be able to take 7 shots without a chaser, stand on one leg while reciting the national anthem in greek, wear ONLY sweatpants, be able to to ANY Kristen Wiig impression when asked, have the name Abby, Grace, Aaron, Taylor, Kellie, Zoe, or Cassidy, and be incredibly HOT.
Ugh I got rejected from Perf University, they said I wasn't pretty enough to be seen on campus...

n: a terrible college in a terrible town where all the kids who couldn't get into a better college go to get wasted all the time. Typical activities of an Alabama student include: getting coked up, drinking heavily, talking about the very dead "Bear" Bryant, and generally acting like a dumbass- they all wish they were smart enough to go to Auburn.
