To be a Hippie Limp is to be a really relaxed and at-peace person. This may or may not involve the use of drugs or alcohol.
Usually this occurs inside a household, it is very similar to being lazy only it is specific to a stereotype.

A city born hippy who actually values bathing and possess's skills such as "getting your shit together" but still follows a relatively hippy lifestyle. Granola hippies may even enjoy activities such as video games, riding in cars, and warming their genitalia with the space heater for the hell of it.

when, after smoking bud, the bowl is mostly cashed except for a small amount of green that, when smoked, will taste awful but still have enough THC content to still get you high. a hippie hit is usually the last hit before the bowl is totally cashed.
