A person has "Dope Fiend Wheels" when they can run extremely fast; characterized by dope fiends running from either cops, or the scene of a crime. It even has a stronger meaning when the person is heavy or obese.

Up with Hope, Down with Dope sounds like a positive notion, but when the children grow up and have to face the problems and stresses of life where dumbasses are in unearned positions of power and they try to influence every aspect of our lives then some may lose hope. Then how do they try to cope and meet demands? You guessed it - DOPE!

1. Any person who distributes illicit substances. The term is most often used to describe a young male that excels at selling to a specific geographic area or neighbourhood, and most likely moves hard drugs (ex. cocaine, crack), as well as the standard marijuana and prescription pills. A 'Dope Boy All Star' IS the hood entrepreneur.
2. A person in the dope game who rises above the rest to become a player amongst players.
