Prison Fish

A derogatory term given to new prison inmates. Much like the opening and closing of a goldfish’s mouth, new inmates are expected to make a similar face for their cell mates.

“We got a new Prison Fish, boys!”

“Show me that pretty mouth of yours, Prison Fish!”
