Circle game consist of,If offense players hand is held in the shape of circle and is looked at by anyone ,you are given the authority to slug any and all opponents ..if opponents are able to disrupt the circle within 3 seconds of attack opponent then slugs the offender. All playable attacks must be below waste

a new drinking game from the city's inner streets. the rules of this card game combine rules from two other drinking games: circle of death and presidents & assholes. the game format plays just like presidents & assholes, only circle of death rules are applied to all cards played.
