Private university established for the children of isanely wealthy parents who could not swindle their way into ivy league schools. A haven for coke addicts, future female eating disordered models, paris-hilton wannabes, alcoholics aspiring to obtain a degree in business so they can take over daddy's, and ugly men that could never get laid at a school that didn't have a 7:3 ratio of girls to guys.
Is Boston University better than BC? Of course it is, the students are richer, stupider, and more prone to drug addiction.

if you can hold a fork, you can go to York. Low entrance standards for the majority of programs and a tendacny to throw an ungodly amount of money at students to entice them to accept their offers of admission. Which students then reject, and go to a better university.
Essentially the university that NO ONE wants to go to. Their only good programs are the Schulich and Osgoode programs. Everything else is shit... PURE SHIT.

GETTING IN
Admission decisions are competitive and based on your academic performance in high school, grade-point-average, types of courses, class standing, and SAT or ACT scores. The Admissions Committee will also review additional information you submit in support of your application. Primary emphasis, however, will be placed on your academic credentials. The AVERAGE GPA for freshmen entering in the fall of 2006 was a 3.3 and the SAT mid-range was between 1010-1200.

$30,000/year? I think not.
There are some fact about Longwood. So Longwood isn't Princeton, ok? No one ever claimed it was. So we don't pay a billion dollars a year to go to school - that doesn't make us stupid or not academically driven. It means that everyone deserves an education and not everyones mommy and daddy can afford to shell out. You can get a good education at Longwood. But how much money you will make in the future is only a reflection of how hard you are willing to work to make that happen - not a reflection of Longwood. There are a million opprotunities here and some students are here to work hard and get a good education at an old and respected institution - not to "get wasssted!" or sleep with "Richie-Rich" HSC boys. As with any college or university, your Longwood experience is what you make it.

university of Toledo an awesome university set in the city of Toledo. Offering 20,000 students access to high ranked sports, the arts, and tons of clubs and organizations there are countless ways to get involved. It’s an education not just in academics but in real life experience - UT has it all!
UT has a lot more to offer than that school down I-75, including a MAC Champion title for the 2004 season:)

A university with 3 campuses across Ontario. The school is lauded within Toronto as being very prestigious, and students are actually taught to snub their noses at other universities and colleges, regardless of Academic merit. In many cases, U of T students tend to get an inflated ego from the schools over zealous and sometimes irrationally pompous attitude towards calling itself "the Harvard of the North".
Such assumptions are generally debated and won by the fact that the U of T campuses consists of UTSC (Scarborough campus), UOFT (Downtown) and UTE (Erindale/Mississauga) - this last campus is in Mississauga, which is not part of Toronto and thus shows how idiotic the administration and overall management of the school is.
Some U of T students are able to graduate without developing a high ego, but many of the students - primarily those who go to the downtown campus, often end up with an inflated sense of worth - only to graduate and end up working for their peers who attended other universities.
U of T Student: I think I would be great for this job.
Employer: Looks good, so what university did you go to?
U of T Student: University of Toronto.
Employer: Excellent, UofT has prepared you well for this job. Welcome abord!
U of T Student: When do I start?
Employer: Right now!
U of T Student employed: Do you want fries with that?

The universe is, give or take, around 13.8 billion years old, and therefore the furthest objects we can see are 13.7 billion light years away. However the universe is forever expanding and therefore by the time we see the object, it has already moved billions of light years away, making the sphere of the observable universe (technically) larger than 13.7 billion light years in radius. The actual size of the observable universe is closer to 46.6 billion light years in radius, due to all the expansion and contains over 2 trillion galaxies. Everywhere in the universe has a point such as this, as our universe is theoretically infinite.
The observable universe contain all that we can know of about the cosmos at this very moment. Despite all we know, however, life itself, sentient or otherwise, has only been confirmed to exist on Sol III, otherwise known as good old planet Earth!
