@urban is a public command used by various user owned bots throughout IRC. It allows the users in a channel with the bot to look up word definitions on Urban Dictionary for sentimental purposes or just for shits and giggles from seeing words such as penis.

When your in class and get bored of searching up urban on the urban dictionary so you do the only logical thing you can do... search it up twice.
