Guy 2: and that's the point! those bastards have put out 99.9% bacteria-killing shit soap for years! well, the other 0.1% is that shit that won't kill, or gave shape, to that soap bar. 99.9% ungh, more like 9.99%, i used that soap, nothing changed in my system

A graffiti tag which is very popular on the London underground it been seen maniy on station walls on the outside of the trains and they have numbers like Tox 0.1-0.2-0.3-0.4-0.5 the numbers means the location of the place the man had been arrest in 2004 but despite this he had to continued graffiti.
