The relative few uber-rich in any population who hold 98% of a nation's wealth. (Usually, but not always, members of the population most vehement about paying any tax whatever.)

The fortunes amassed by Warren Buffet and Bill Gates get them into the 2%er club, no question about that!

You'd think the 2%ers would ease up their grip a little, pay their fair share, and stop spending so much time, money, and energy trying to escape paying fewer taxes than the poor!
