An acquaintance who makes it possible for 420 to take place. Either being a 'middle-man' in the hook-up or building the actual spliff themselves.

Eg. 1- "Yo aint none of you a 420 engineer?"
Eg. 2- "Come on dog i'm always the 420 engineer"
