A cocktail made with top shelf tequila and tonic, often finished with a lime wedge and served over ice in a lowball glass. The cocktail popularized during the playing of the 2013 ACE/UTI international golf classic in Albuqurque, NM. It rapidly gained widespread appreciation throughout the United States and the civilized parts of Australia. The cocktail is responsible for a run top shelf tequila that exhausted the supply at a number of area hotel bars.

Someone named Ross is usually of the male gender. A Ross is smart and literally perfection. His brown hair and green eyes will hypnotize you.
